I have to admit that my heart is back to my home town now. It supposes to be the largest holiday periods except for the Chinese new year for this year. And it may be the last time for me to back home till the CNY. Actually some of my colleague had return to their home before the mid-autumn festival. I did not go back home as frequent as last year. I had to finish the driver exames last year so that I went back home for several times. Luckily, I got my driver licience by the end of last year. Even I am still not capable of driving. Shameful!
I want to see my grandfather. He was feeding me and he used to carry me on his back when he went to the local market to buy the daily stuff when I was a kid. He is old now. I just hope that he can have a healthy body and live his peaceful elder life. I am grateful for what he did for me. I love him.
I suppose that this is the best time for the year, the golden autumn day. I know there are a lot of mooncakes and fruit waitting for me at home, even there is less desire compare with the past when the material is shorted. But, I still feel sweet and happy in my heart.
Happyness sometime is very simple at this moment. When left all the trifle behide, and I am knowing that I will enjoy the several days time with family members. I have a strong satisfactory too.
One more thing, I miss the foods at home. Chaozhou cuizine is really tasty. There is with a lot of snakes and sea foods. You just can not miss the beef pills, Oyster pancake, gooce meat and seafoods in shantou if you get the chance to visit there.
People in Chaoshan areas are enjoying the gongfu tea. Wherever you visit, the home host will serve you gongfu tea. Tea drink with mooncake is perfect match.Ahaha.

- You don't have feel bad about not being able to return for home visit. Your grandpa can feel your care and filial love for him. You are are grateful person so your heart would be at peace and have gratitude and happiness.
My best friend here is also from Chaozhou. They always invite me for meals at their home. Some of the dishes are rather simple and bland but there are tasty food too. I like the way Chaozhou food is the dishes that include seafood, meatballs and various vegetables. The diverse ways of cooking give Chaozhou food a special flavor. Another favorite is stewed Sea Cucumber and stewed Conch. Ah yes, Oyster pancake is wonderful. There are special pickled dishes. Will go to their home later to try those food again. In return, I invite them here to eat some western good. The cute little tea servings are special also.
As for driving, the hard part is passing the test and getting your licence. You are a newbie so of course you can't drive too well. I was worse when I was a new driver. When you are ready to drive, you would get used to it quickly and would drive like a professional when you get used to the road and traffic.
There are so many things you could do or simply relax during these days. Have a nice Golden week national day holidays.

- Once a person who is leaving home for a long time he will surely miss home. National Day is coming soon, and we just experienced the Mid Autumn Day. When you are available just go back home, family members are always best people who love us.
Tea is my best drink. I always drink some when I am alone or with friends. That is the most leisurable moment for me to relax.
