My little sister asked me for suggestion whether she should take the chance to accept the job. She was intruduced by her auntie for a job interview. The job is handling some excell document but it requires my sister to take trainning in a far remote province "gansu" for one month job-trainning. She is reluctant to make a decision whether she should grab this chance as a newly-graduated college student by next semester. She is not that satisfactory with the job content and job location too. Because the office is set up in the houseland in our city as her description to me. But, the salary is acceptable and bonus plus etc.

 

I did meet with the same situation with her when I newly graduated from college. Considering that I  did not well learn in college, it was not easy for me to sell myself out in first time. Actually I was trying to take the social service examination after graduation. But, it was thousands people to compete for one position.  I thought there was not little chance for me to take it as a way to go. So I completely gave up after the exam.

 

I still remeber when I was trying to find my first job few years before, I went for the talent market in my city.  When I went for consulting, the interviewers reminded me that their factory was big so that they wanted to enroll experienced ones. Otherwise, my oral English was very bad. She suggested me to send resume as many as possible on line to see whether some company would ask me to have a interview. 

 

So I did as her suggestion. After sending the resume, one private company in the remote district in my city which just started to do the Alibaba international webite , asked me to have a interview. I still remember that they asked me to do some translation about "contract", but the interviewer completely knew nothing about the English. They probablly had downloaded one version which has both English and Chinese to verify whether I did it right or wrong. Anyway, I was hired because I asked a very little salary 1500RMB, Even my requrest salary was humble, the factory owner finally agree to give me 1200RMB. It was very hard for me to pass that month because the factory's cuisine, all the foods were cooked with lichi, it is too too spicy for me. My body just could not stand by that.  Even my first job was not lasted to one month because the factory owner was not satisfactory with my behaviour and asked me for out. But, it did help me a lot for my future job.

 

I do not know what the decision my little sister will make, but , I hope whatever decison she makes , will be good for her. Good luck to her too.
