The below is my reply:

 

Dear Marc,

 

The samples have been arranged as I have said. But it is not the regular product, it is finally confirmed to use 14*19mm connector, and the cable is 0.75mm2. Previous we use 10*14 connector (this one do not have 0.75mm2 cable), but the cable is not Ok as the driver factory said that it request the 0.75mm2 cable.

 

I was pushing my techician to make the sullution all the time and luckily they are doing well now(finally will use 14*19mm connector. As for the deliver time, I need to update to you by tomorrow.Please try to confort your client as we are doing all the time but it requested time as I have said that it is not regular one.

Great Thank you Jay!

 

Make sure that the Sammi from Brightstar makes the cable from the driver to the fixture to be 35cm minimum in order to be able to connect it the fixture.

Business commercial emails are always very short and simple, not verbose and redundant.

By doing so, it helps you and the clients to build a firm connection with efficiency.

Clarity is essential in business correspondence. Your response is quite appropriate but could be better. You have already received a satisfactor reply from the customer. Let me give you an idea of how I would respond in this situation;

Dear Marc,

We acknowledge with thanks receipt of your queries. In response, we would advise as follows:

1. The requisite samples have been arranged as advised.

2. This is not a regular product and our final specifications are;
   A. 14*19mm connector, and the cable is 0.75mm2.
   B. Note that previously, we used 10*14 connector
       (this one is not available in 0.75mm2 cable)
   C. However, the cable is not Ok as the driver factory said that it
       can only produce with 0.75mm2 cable.

3. We have been pressing our technicians closely and after a lot of extra efforts, we have finally managed to use 10*19 mm connector.

4. DELIVERY: As for delivery time, I am making extra effort to meet your requirements. I would revert to you tomorrow. Meanwhile, kindly try to pacify the client as we are trying our best. Do appreciate that this is not a regular product and we have to make a lot of arrangements to meet your request.
