what is your daily beverage? tea or coffee?

It seems that western people more prefer with  coffee, and Chinese people more prefer with tea. And American people definitely like coffee more. British people they should drink black tea too. The british also have a afternoon tea cluture.

For me, I prefer with tea, But both of tea or coffee are not my daily drinking. I drink tea by a particular time, probably like Saturday or Sunday, when I have much spare time. Then, I will drink some gongfu tea.  For gongfu tea, I will use woolong tea, like tie guang yin or rock tea. Maybe I will try black tea by next time. Because black tea is revival and popular in recent years. I want to have a try too.  Pu'er tea is also the kind of tea drinked by most of people. For sure, green tea like longjin is very popular in most places too, but it is not suitable for drinking by gongfu tea-set. So it is not the main tea kind in my hometown Chaoshan area.

Whenever you drink with good tea, you just can not forget its sweet or fragrance. It is hard to be highlighted with sweet and fragrance together. Some tea have impressive fragrance, some tea are partitularly good with its tea soup, like sweet spring.

Sometimes just a cup of tea can make you calm down in this hustle and bustle metropolice city.

Well, I can't start my day without a hot drink in front of me. What drink? You may have guessed it half right. Yes, tea ... but Tea+Coffee. Without this drink, I would feel sleepy and can't concentrate on my work. It is quite addictive. A lot of men in this city loves coffee so there are lots of coffee shops nearby. Ladies loves Lemon tea or chocolate drinks. It is quite nice to read a nice book and have a cup of hot drink.

All offices here have tea break from 4 pm to 4:15 pm. The cafes would deliver Tea, Coffee, bread, dimsum or cakes to our office as refreshments. During this break I would have tea without coffee and a piece of break or cake. Some  tradition British offices even have ''high tea'', you know those 3 level trays where they place cakes and we eat from top to lower level. The tea break would keep everyone awake until evening dinner time.

Tea contains some minerals which calm our nerve and people who drink tea are usually calm and patient. Sounds like and advertisement right? No, the world's longest living people are tea drinkers.
