It sounds like the few days before I just compained abut my last year's experience in qingming, when I rushed to my home ,which it took me almost one day because it is hard to buy ticket and traffic jam too.
It is another year of qingming festival upcoming. Qingming period, it is easily to bring our memory back with our past beloved. And a lot of people are rushing back to home to visit and worship the tomb in this particular periods of a year.
In qingming period, it is usually rainning. It has become a aroma phenomenon for us to re-grab the memory when we were together with our past one. I hope that I could be poetic to say like that. Because i do not want to bring sorrow back , I just want to miss the days when we were with our past beloved. It should be with a kind of happyness even though we are apart from earth and sky.
We can not live together forever, but you do live together in my life always. For my grandmother, happy qingming festival.

- Yes, in a few days it would be ''Qing Ming''. Tomb sweeping day. Lots of people would go to the cemeteries to pay respects to departed loved ones. This is a custom which most people follow and this does show that people are quite filial and have good heart. It is usually a long journey and require much walking but we have to do it to remember the sacrifice our elders have have gone through for us.
I don't have to go tomb sweeping because my parents were ''cremated'' and ashes deposited into the sea. I was the one who carried out that duty and it is vividly ingrained in my mind. I took a small boat out to the open sea where the water is clean and clear. I reluctantly placed the ashes into the clear waters watching it slowly descend into the water and went out of sight. It was such a painful memory. Every year on January 13, I would buy some flower petals, go out to the open sea and scatter those flower petals at the same spot where the ashes were deposited. That is how we pay respects to our parents and it is also what most people in our city do.
Life without parents is less assured because it is our parents who we can trust unconditionally.
