home is home, when I was in the childhood time. Grandparents' home is home. When I grew up. Home was in the far distance. Indeed, things change a lot. But time is still silently slipping away from us.

 

Time is so cruel and time is fair too. We can not control the time's running. We just can make good use of the time as our wishes. 

 

People said that before we were never lack of the phenomemen of the Chinese new year. we were lack of material. Now we are not lack of the material but we are lack of the festival phenomemen.

 

We live in the rooms of the high building. Some may not know who are in the neighbour room.  How we expect to say hi or greeting towards each. We close our door, the world of others is not any related with us. Not like before, we live in the small and low house, the neighours had much chances to meet with each other. Kids played games together too.

 

Indeed we live in a much comfortable living environment. The mordern house, clean, good look, sounds nice. But we become more indifference. We just concern our own business. We are afraid of being affected by surrounding too as time goes by because that is not normal with our current life.

 

Urban land is  limited and expensive. Population is huge. So the building is taller and taller. Most of us can not live in a single house which called villa now. That is the patent for super rich nowadays in morden city.

 

The resources and policy are going towards to the metropolitant cities. So a lot of farmer workers and labors have to leave away the hometown and work in the bigger cities where there are more job opportunities and higher salary too.

 

Family members are getting few and few of opportunities to sit together. Not thinking about eating and drinking together. Society is developed more and more morderization. But we have less emotional belonging with the city too.  City is still the same as the function as our living place, even much strong and powerful too. I have to blame that people changes.

 

For rich people, they are not gonna to stay at home during the Chinese new year too. That is the goden week for them to travel other places.  For those who stayed at home during the new year, we found that we prefer to stay at home rather than the visitting of the other family members. That is the trendency of the society developping, there are a lot of the social customs which are fine-tune or re-building. All these comtribute to our less festival phenomenen.
