I have a machine for soy milk making. It is easy to do but it does take some time to do and clean the machine and pan tool etc. So, I do not think I could do the soy milk every day, expecially there is almost not time left at working days. It would be good trying one for weekends.

 

Except for the soy milk, I may drink the milk, I prefer to use milk powder to make the milk drink so that I could drink a hot milk drink. If I choose a can of milk liquid, I don't think I will heat the liquid. For milk, I would like to add wheat which mixed with dry fruits, the fragrance of the dry fruits make me felt comfortable.

 

Life sometimes is so tough. Be good to yourself. I quite agree with this. Luxurious life style is not my pursuing, but I would like to say experience and enjoy the beautiful life with some simple and easy trying, it would be wonderful too.

 

In the early spring season, I hope that we could make some preparation for the whole year. Then, when the winter comes again, we may not feel cold, I don't think each year will be like last year that winter is not that cold. It is weird thing. It is not normal. So it may be extreme cold this new year. We have equiped us to the best ready not only physical but also mentality.

 

Mountain climbing would be good for body building, reading and travelling would be good for spirit improved. Last but not least, I would like to say again that better late and none, it fit for most of the case. Hope all of us having a beautiful life and sucessful career.
