Today is a bright day,not cold like last few days and important is no rain. the tempeurature is 12℃,a good sunny day!

      I just came back form Wuhan last day.had the season sales conference in headquarter.It's a foreign company in USA which I have service about two months.I am a freshman in this area-dust collect facility,and not have work for foreign firm experience any all.So it give me a very good view to suffer differ culture in this company. It is efficiency,control situation,no class but you need respect you lead on face.don't full of mouth , friendship between colleagues are coldness but if you have work problems ask them,they will help you and leader will do his best give you a good answer.

So it is a completely different culture by contrast with state-owns enterprise &private enterprise.

      I have some summary about those three types companies:

      1,state-owns enterprises are belong to country, the  culture is unite and make stable,efficiency is not so important, delay work and not so much press are normal.

      2,private enteprises are take a fancy to profit. efficiency and market are important to them.but they not have best technology,doing things not have good logic.they like short&fast&sudden huge profit.not care employees.

     3,foreign enterprises are efficiency ,doing things if logic clearness are very important.focus on target.colleagues is cold,not so friendly.not talk about private things.work hard or you go home.

      There are no good firm in world,the best is which one fit you.
