Chengguan, a litter better than thugs.

Yesterday,when I finished my work,went home by 119bus,met a crime event made by Chengguan.
let's see the photos that took from the scene are bloody.
Four Chengguan used iron pipes hitted the man and his wife,violent law-enforement.
His wife leg was hitted by pipe,and Chengguans after crime ran away quickly.They had no methods to find crimes and asked for cop,but cops not treat the case and just sent some auxiliary polices to manage traffic.No any cops came to scene to hand over the crime,his wife disappointed and sat on the road,wanted to use this method to let society cared them,cared the vulnerable group.

I don't know how to comment the issue,but I think a word from foreign paper express the feel about the Chengguan is accurately:
They are widely reviled for harshness and are regarded by many as little better than thugs.

- Actually China’s Chengguan is always seen in the foreign news. Previously, we have seen how the Chengguan police beat to death a water melon hawker. The public knows that they only do things which are of benefit to to the Chengguan officials and don't care about protection public interests.
However, recently in Guangzhou, there are new instructions for Chengguan which says they must be polite to the public and when they talk to the public, they must first say Hello then at the end they must say Thankyou. They have begun to say hello but their real irresponsible attitude is same as before.
The officials must remember that they are paid salary by the public, so they must protect the public otherwise, leave the job and let other people do it.
In this case, it is ridiculous that a person is injured and bleeding, but the officers are directing traffic and don't care about the victim. How can people have confidence in Chengguan if they keep doing things like this.
P.S. Your blog is written clearly and we easily understand everything you are saying. There are some minor mistakes which does not matter. I also make such mistakes. Keep writing and you can learn from others and improve.

- I just wonder why you think so? By the way, I myself have nothing with Chengguan or peddlers. Whatsmore, those about Chengguuan is always a little serious topic to talk. There are some of them who will abuse their authority; But I do not think there are so many law enforcement officials will do in public. I do not think they are so idiotic.

Yes. It is rather necessary to regulate and standardlize the conduct of law enforcement . On the other hand everyone should abide the law no matter what group you belong to, the vulnerable group or the dominent group, so that evreyone could have a fair enviroment to live in.

- In my reall life, I know what the Chenguan really are. In fact, most Chenguan are those people who have no jobs at all, or someone out from the jail, ect.What they do are really extrem. They bring bad impressions and some harm to the people and society.
Do hope the government can make some regulations and laws to solve the problems.
