for my daughter to fright with another mother

When i saw some people was frighting or quarrelling for somthing,i always think that if i were her(him) ,i wouldnot do like that,because frighting or quarrelling isnot an good behavior,especially in public place.But now i recognize it is wrong.Maybe i can control my feeling,but if someone frist start to quarrel with you,no reasonable reason,few people can control himself.
My daughter had a fever the whole day yesterday.My husband was anxious and decided to take her to the hospital with me at night.we registered the doctor on duty and waited in line after the hospital.This time,a woman who was holding a baby stood in front of me and waited to see the doctor.my husband asked her what did she doing.she suddenly shouted at to my husband and said the doctor that she registered already went home,she came the hospital before us,so she has a priority to see the doctor.Originally my husband only asked her why she stood in front of me and didnot want to quarell with her.However,this woman constantly spoke some dirty words loudly.It looked like we were wrong,she was right to insert in line.I conldnot control myself and began to quarrel with her.After a while,a nurse came running and tried to pursuade us to stop.we were angry,demanding the doctor to decide to see which one.At last,the doctor let this woman to find a nurse to connect the doctor who was registered by her.
It was a happy ending.I think antually this quarrelling shouldnot happen if she had a good manner and told us her daughter was sick seriously.we could discuss how to deal with her situation instand of quarrelling.

- She might too worried about her baby,mothers always lose temper when babies are sick!

- Well, there are always people taking advantage of others. Sometimes they believe that they have a louder voice then they can do whatever they like. Certainly as you have mentioned, if she discuss with you, then you may give her priority but that of course depends on the urgency of her case. Actually, the civility of people have improved but it would still take some time for people to learn how to behave in public. Hope your daughter have recovered and in these times of unpredictable weather, ensure that she is well taken care of.

- No matter in what conditions, it is easy to loose control, but it is very important to keep calm in any circumstances, even though it is hard to do.\

- yes ,i agree.it is difficult to control our emotion sometiomes.but we are living in sociable socirty after all.we have to abide by the social rules and morality.if everyone can calm down when he meet a emergency things,we can reduce a lot of quarrelling and set up a harmonious homeland.

- thanks for asking my daughter.now .she is better than before.i think people's nature is kind.each of us probably meet some emergance things and need help.however when we need help ,we should choose the approprite way to speek our request.

i wouldn't say that it is wrong to quarrel with her after she shouted at you,but the fastest way to deal with the problem is to ask help for the nurse,because it is their duty to deal with the problem about queuing,and also by that you can avoid to waste your saliva and being angry.
