In a commercial society,many company look the agreements as a defence to keep operation.With the rapid development of economy,there are some unhappy things happened between the firms.So entrepreneurs hope to depend on the lawyer for protecting the wealth,incoluding intangible assets and tangible assets.Actually,marriage also needs the law to protect.
Nowadays,more and more adults who are becoming to grow into maturity and independent would like to sign a property agreement before marriage.Those adults realize although marriage means to build a new family,it donot mean the property to be shared because they donot know what happened in the future.Especially, the divorce rate is increasing in recent year.A few of adults changed the thought of marriage,which was considered both of lover had to live a whole life whether happiness or unhappiness.I think this change represents a kind of progress.After all,man or woman has equal rights to live our life.once the lovers will break up,each one need the money.In China,some parents buy a house for helping their kids to marriage.If their kids divorce,the house needs to be aparted two pieces,which one will hand over the other member.I think it is unfair for the parents.Maybe some think signing a property agreement will damage the couple's relationship.In my view,marrige needs to keep going on depending the love not the money.A lot of money earned by a person belongs to himself before marriage.The property belongs to the couple.
I hope marriage is clear.ours is ours.The parents are parent.yours is yours.Mine is mine.

- It is changed, right and good to make clear that the belonglings to one another before the two beloved get married.
That will make sure the two of their marrige is more than just materials, it is supposed to be bilateral trust and loyality other than the pursuit of treasure and fame.
Besides, marriage is to do with the repaltionship which needs operation and care. Clearify the line of basic rules, go with hands together to the rest of life.

- Money is the main cause for arguments in a marriage relationship and divorce. Therefore, prenuptial agreements (marriage assets contract) are getting popular.
To prevent unnecessary arguments, it is better have agreements to separate all assets and money. It is not a question of trust but it can prevent people from getting monetary advantage through marriage. It prevent a lot of misunderstanding. We often hear young girls marrying rich old men and we can easily see the reason and intention.
Without money arguments, other things are easy to solve and the marriage could be more peaceful. Saving money would also be easier if each has his/her responsibility for their own money. These arrangements may not be easily followed in China because the old traditions.
However, in the event of divorce, both sides should have reasonable money to survive so that the husband cannot just leave and take everything away.
A well planned marriage could last forever and prevent unfairness, so it is better to make everything clear before marriage. Wish all those who are married can be together forever in a happy marriage.
