We always want to hear  praise from the parents ,teachers or bosses in life.Especially  kids like to hear it.I think it is important to get praise.For kids,praise means a kind of encourage and a kind of approval.This can make kids studying hard for geting more praise.It is same as an adult.Praise represents the job that is done by you is wonderful,maybe you can get an oppotunity to promote a higher rank.So,when a person got praise,he or she alway felt be happy,even have a good motion in the whole day.

       But if we get praise constantly,we donot think praise is useful to our work.Actually,donot easily praise someone.It look like a theory that only scarce resource can be pay attention.Alway immersing in praise,people counldnot judge himself and look down on other people,eventually,this person will be alone and have no friends.There is a good story to prove this situation that named 'Proud peacock'.I remember this story is a taxt in primary school.it narrates a beautiful peacock likes to show its gorgeous feather.One day, she came to a small river for drinking.When she look down,she saw a bird who looked exactly as same.she opened eyes biggly,so did the bird.She showed her gorgeous feather,so did the bird.The peacock got angry,she wanted to beat the bird,on the contrary, she dropped into the river.THe bird disappeared.when this time, a magpie who had felled on a tree by this river was laughing at her.she told the peacock that the bird was her,her was this bird.it was her shadow.

      From this story,we should to know sometimes prise is a good thing ,however,we should be sober to realise the true meaning correctly.
