Being exhausted about teaching students in vocational school, I decided to be a middle school teacher. During the preparation for the teacher recruiting examination, I really find my lacking of so many teaching professional strategies. Although being awarded as the popular teacher for several times, and sutdying as a teaching master in NJ, still i found myself so poor in teaching. The feeling of lacking of teaching strategies and mind changing just companied me during my reading the books on teaching theory again and again. We always know that we are not so professional when we are learning. No mater it is how to bring up a baby, or how to teach, there always more and more mysterious rules waiting for our exploitation.
