my sad day

Today afternoon, i was criticised by my boss, i have a little upset. my company is small, there are few staffs, we are working together include my boss.
i join my company on 3th May and became a electronic commerce, till now i am studying all the time, but i accomplished my every task on time.
today afternoon, when i was playing my cellphone, my boss abruptly diturb me, he add:" it is working time, you should not play cellphone, if you want to play, you can go home to play after work," i layed it aside quickly and start my work, my heart is upset, beacause of we stay in a single office, even when we have a lunch,we are together, i feel he will hate me, bacause i have nothing and don't bring benificial anything for my company. what a pity it is !
But i like this work ,i am full of passion for this industry,i want to study more about this industry, but i fear he don't teach me anything at more from now on.
I am sad currently.

- To be honest, I think you should not be playing with the cellphone during work hours. Most bosses resent such behavior because they are paying you for work and the can't stand it when you are idle. Even if you want to use your cellphone, you should not see let your boss see it.
Actually, you don't have to worry. First you like your work and you are interested in this industry. Just let your boss know that you are interested and serious about your work and I am sure he would be nice to you and let you learn useful things. Everybody gets scolded by the boss at one time or another. You don't have to mind that. Work properly and things would be fine and happy.

- I think so many people have experienced like that, and i think it's really not good, maybe it's not a big deal because you are new there, but the more important, if you could change your bad habits and work harder in the working hours, your boss will see what you do. Good luck to you.

. as a new stuff , you cant do anything useful for a company certainly which was expected by your boss . but you must be confident about you . If you are not confident about you , your boss would not see the hope from you .

- My son likes spending a lot of time on his cell phone ,such as ,watching movies ,playing games and chatting with others. sometimes I think he is always wasting time .Why do I always have so much to do ? Why will I feel guilty if I don't know what to do ? So young boy ,maybe your boss is strict, yet it is good to make full use of your time wisely. Right ?
