long time no see everyone, it is five month since i came to shanghai,
as a e-commerce newer, i like my job, my task is to respond foreigner's message everyday, the content is all ordinary daily word, but i think if you want to go futher, you must master this language,
so i often go to study english after work, this had sustained five month, everyday, i recite 200 words in everyday morning, and after work, look some article in shanghai university, i spend four hours everyday on english without work, during this period of time, i feel my english is improving, but it is below my desire,
my oral english is bad, and my hearing is worse, i don't know how to improve my english, i very envy those human what can speak in english with foreigner and can hear english like chinese.
now, i can not do well my work, beacause my most energy is to study english, my mood is very mixed.
how do i should arrange my everyday energy.

- According to what you have written here, you already have some reasonable knowledge of English. Your English would improve when you use it more and practice frequently.
Spoken English especially needs one to one practice. When you get used to talking in English, your fear in speaking would disappear and you would find yourself speaking more freely and naturally. Finding a foreign tutor may help. Listening to English radio or watching English films can help too. Have patience and perseverance. Eventually you would be fluent in English.

- Don't be so upset. If you can communicate with the foreigners easily by sending emails or online chatting, that's OK. English can be practiced in your work. Most of my colleagues are foreign trade salespersons, and they also cannot speak fluent English, but they dare to say. Foreigners will not laugh at you for your awkward oral English. Just have confidence.
