What sport do you like ?

Nowadays, we are busy doing works or home works and lack of exercise. But as you know, lacking of exercise will have a negative effect on the healthy. Recently, I always wake up earlier than before, and my friends give me advice to take some sport. So I take some time to do it. As a result, it works.
Absolutely, I am interested in some sports, like basketball, swimming, table tennis and so on. Playing basketball will help me to built teamwork spirit and I learn how to cooperate with other teammates. Swimming is a kind of aerobics, it teaches me how to keep balance in the water and confidence is most important to do anything in the world. Table-tennis is a very interesting game for two or four people. This game need many skills, or it will be difficult to be a good player.
Obviously, we office worker have no choice to take some time to take some exercise. What sports will you choose ? I believe it depends on yourself. There is no doubt that it is the best one if you like it.

- You are right. Exercise does make a difference. Some time ago my legs were stiff and could be sit in a cross leg position. A friends advised me to do stretching exercise, so every morning, I went to the hillside park near my home and did some stretching exercise. The result was wonderful, now my legs are so flexible and the pain in my heel is also gone.
