Nowadays, we are busy doing works or home works and lack of exercise. But as you know, lacking of exercise will have a negative effect on the healthy. Recently, I always wake up earlier than before, and my friends give me advice to take some sport. So I take some time to do it. As a result, it works.
Absolutely, I am interested in some sports, like basketball, swimming, table tennis and so on. Playing basketball will help me to built teamwork spirit and I learn how to cooperate with other teammates. Swimming is a kind of aerobics, it teaches me how to keep balance in the water and confidence is most important to do anything in the world. Table-tennis is a very interesting game for two or four people. This game need many skills, or it will be difficult to be a good player.
Obviously, we office worker have no choice to take some time to take some exercise. What sports will you choose ? I believe it depends on yourself. There is no doubt that it is the best one if you like it.
