Presence is not others for you

Today ,I read a story about presence, that title is different circles don't have to be forced to jion.
This story tells a new female colleague has been reduce her posture humble to please others,but other colleagues is never take the initiative to chat with her, not willing to shareing a room with her when they go out to travel and go out for dinner often forget to invite her . She has been absorbed, carry no matter on the surface, in fact heart very frustrated, thought she was gonging to put others when friends, others also himself when friends. Finally the author and her friends give the colleague a suggestion, rather than spend time on others, spend time on our own. Behind the new colleague starting to work hard, to apply for transfer to the oversea branchn, not much better they don't pay and working conditions,generally no one willing to go. She later bacame the mainstay of oversea branch, position within a year rose for level 3, back to the company and other colleagues are warm greeting, like friends for many years. Finally the author summarizes's presence is never others to you, only yourself too weak, just don't have enough weight are associated with the world,don't need to please the world, just waiting to be your quality to attract people, active and willing to come together with you.

- Yeah, indeed. In this seemingly very big world, it is ourselves who really accounts. Don't mind too much about others comments, no matter it is good or not. It is only ourselves who can save ourselves from the dangers. In others world, only when we strong enough that we can change some situations.

- These kinds of office politics is going on in almost all the workplaces. Seems nobody would talk to you unless you have something to offer or you have influence. Therefore, people go out of their way to please others and seek status. We have to understand that we are only working there and we are not sold to those employers. We would not be at the same workplace throughout our lifetime. Someday, we would have to leave and move on to greener pastures. There is no need to do too much to get attention. Just be yourself, do your job well and progress in your career normally.

- To be who we are, we need not to be so hard to please others. Everything we do is usually measured by our ability which means if we are adeqaute to do what we engage in.
