After dinner, I was watching a TV show about topic called "ice-cream". The TV presenter showed different kinds of ice-cream,such haagen-Dazs, ke-ai-duo and qiao-le-zi ect. all of sudden, my roommate asked me if I remembered a kind of ice-cream called"shuangbanger"in my child. We would focus on this idea to talk about intresting something or food in childhood. It is full of memory of my childhood in the all process, feel like to past fun time. tiredness，pressure and low feelings went away. every part of body entirely relaxed instantly.
I think we should often talk to our friends, sometimes it not only relax ourselves and throw away life pressure or sad something, but encourage each other to keep good relationship. once you don't keep in touch with friends for a long time, you will go more far and gradually become stranger.
so if you miss friends ,you should call him or her.

- I wish I was there to join in your conversation. The wonders of a childhood can only be understood by the those who was there and grew up with you. Memories of childhood are just like dreams that stayed with you after you wake up. You are so fortunate to still have your childhood friends. These are one of the precious things you have.
Yeah, there are so many happy times in our childhood. Having ice-cream and popsicles are some of the happy memories. Going out to play here and there. Laughing and playing. Care free,no hand phones, no money worries, no job worries and no heavy burdens.
I also have several old friends from the the age of 1 to 10. Talking to them about the innocent old days are so happy and relaxing. All the worries are wiped off instantly. It is not easy to have old friends around you because friends move far away for work, the contacts becomes less and less until you lost the contact. Keep the friendship alive as this is something which you can never have again.
As you have said call up your old friends and reminiscent the good old days.
