It is always difficult to do something ,when we start to do something what we have done it ever ,we often say"I can't do it well，I'm afraid “，so,the chance was given to others, when others did it successfully,we may say "we also can do it ,just I don't have to do it ",I or human always
find exause for ourself, in fact ,we just lack courage, we just don't believe ourself ,so,now the first thing what we need to do is applauding ourself......

- Yes, you are right. Most people lack confidence in themselves, but that confidence can be gained later. In fact you are doing the right thing by not accepting a task unless you are certain you can do it. That is called responsibility. Try to do the tasks which you can surely complete, then take on more complicated or challenging tasks. Gradually, you would learn a lot, have confidence and successful. You don't have to give up when you fail in some work. Without failure, the would be no success. Learn how to stand still and when you fall, know how to get up gracefully.
