I had worked in three totally different companies before. I found out all of them had a same very interesting phenomenon that ambitious women  can not get along,especially with a male boss.

 

As a female, I'm not afriad to admit that most of girls easily tend to get jealous, including myself. The feeling of jealousy is normal, if you handle it properly, however, there is just a thin line between jealous and crazy.

 

In the first company, the heads of financial department and Personnel department were both female. Seemingly, they were like good friends, chatting and laughing every time they met. But the turth was that they were sick of each other and talked behind the other's back. In the third company, the financial manager and purchasing manager were both female, and they were mean to each other. The boss, a younger gay, had a hard time to deal with it.

 

Why should a woman find fault with another woman, after all, we are all women fighting for equality with men.
