Writing the first time is easy but to write the same thing again is very difficult. We would rather not rewrite it. When you write something long, always remember save it every 10 minutes.

Feel so sorry for you. Don't be too upset because these things happen sometimes. Just take it as a bad dream and forget it. Write something else. We would love to read whatever you write. Take care.

Honestly speaking, I try to form a writing habit. Because I am not good at express myself in English, even feel a little fear in writing English essay. But I have to overcome this weakness and practise more, though it will spent more times. I had read a story about a famours writer(I forget his name, just remember he is famours)who keeps writing every day whether there were something happened today or not, and that the way he can keep his inspiration fresh. I hope I can express myself freedom as well as Chinese, but now I have not too much interesting in English writing, so mabe I will do it unnaturally.
Today, It really spent me a great of times to write. Because it had some memorable things happened yesterday and I have a strong desire to write it down. However, It is all in vain.
I think next time I will write on the Word first.

yeh, it's not the first time I loose my essay in this way.
Because I am lazy to duplicate and paste the essay.
I think I next time I will write it down on the WORD first.

It is ok. Those people who have small accidents normally don't have big accidents, so see this as a lesson and a blessing.
