These days I am busy for my house ownership, I like to change one of house from somewhere to my community, just for my daughter in the future we can live more closer, she can be easy to take care of her parents or we may help her when she needs.

There are so many intermediary agencies like Mai Tian and Lian Jia which are more professional for selling or renting the house, and they have good reputation and everybody knows. So we went to Mai Tian to find the buyers. The last week a young couple willing to buy it we was told by a handsome boy from MT. In order to reduce the risk for buyer and also for MT, after confirmed the final price, the house have to be make sure no unpaid bank loan at the certain government which is called Real Estate Register Center. I have to take my house book and ID to go there personally.

Well enough somebody from MT went with me at this morning, I really did not know “people mountain people sea”, so grand sight that many people were not in line, just crowed in front of counter waiting for the number first. No sequence and no queue at all, the guy looks honest has arrived there around 7am, but seems that there are a hundred people in front of him. Such stupid government is still using stubborn way to get the number, like many hospitals has been using the internet to get the number for specific sections before you see the doctor, can save a lot time for us.

After one hour later I was told the guy got the number 132, the meaning that we have to waiting other one or two hours do the affair. I really fed up with the case, doesn’t mean I am not happy with the guy who is really good enough, just a little bit simple, I really want to complain about such government in this E commerce society, how come of the management? Do they really think about the people need the service but so inefficient.

I am waiting in MT just opposite the place, not bad there is Wifi and some cookies for the guests, I felt a little better with the service. Finally till 12am we were called by the counter.
