This topic I got from this morning CCTV news, it is talking about agriculture E-commerce in China. E-commerce I knew the word from previous company M&S, which is internet business, selling or buying the goods from the internet.

Nowadays internet shopping is very popular including everything of your daily life, the cloth, equipment, the service and foods, etc. delivery to the door in a week, very convenient compare with the physical store. As long as the goods can be kept in the big store, no worry about the risk of go bad, it can use E-commerce doing the business.  

China is a big country including many provinces with rich agricultures and nature recourse, so far the agriculture selling is very simple and traditional way of self-sufficiency, such as the leek from Shan Dong is very famous in the world, but as we know is only the part of it to export, the green turnip from Tian Jing is also smart part sell on the internet, those need to keep in the fresh and cannot be storage for long time. Due to the transportation by truck or by train is at least a week from the east to the west in China, the supplier will have to take the risk of the produce cost.

That’s why said China agriculture E-commerce is not suitable right now, at least it cannot be substantial promote stage, unless the government would give the full supports to the farmer suppliers, such as transportation by air to reduce the days of way, the consumer can get it as fresh as they expect. That would be great and can open the agriculture door which is beyond measurement of business.
