I found the Full mark composition “A Ruler “of this entrance exam on Wechat. I would like sharing with you here.
The result is from 100 reducing to 98, punching out by their parents, but the score is from 55 increasing to 61, getting the kiss. This story is always happened in our life. Therefore, in among of the people, the first one should suffer the beating, but the second one is getting the compliments instead. In real life the ruler is totally fair for everything, but it is holding in different people to measure different persons, it will get the different results.
We used to see mom is busy in the kitchen always, three meals a day providing on time for the whole family, but one day we are so depressed facing the cold kitchen, no foods and no hot water, to blame why this why that, entirely neglected Mom is tired and sick, she is exhausted for you and the family. Our dearest father goes the kitchen by chance; a bowl of noodles making you so excited, therefore the ruler is becoming more flexible behavior, it is hard to tell the meaning of loves.
In the company there are always the good and bad be of varying quality, some of them just have a look without active work, some of them takes the action, more mistakes by doing, on the contrary, onlookers are more welcomed. So the laziness is bringing the prejudice for the ruler. It cannot bear the huge strength.
There is a ruler in our mind to measure for others and you, in this world, there should be this ruler to be fair and righteous, as long as keep going little by little begin ourselves, to be kind, we believe a little spark kindles a great fire, there must be full of loves in our life.
I like this essay that’s why I am trying to repeat it in my blog.

- So true. We come across all sorts of situations in our interaction with others. Sometimes, we overlook others and also get mistreated by others in return. We learn by experience. Be kind and caring could never be wrong.

One thing I can be sure, those successful companies and awesome people who achieve greatness usually are those can behave themselves well in high discipline and strong will to finish each task.
A ruler or a regulation is always to monitor those who have some mind of skipping out in the mid of work and guide people should obey rules and should not sitting aside by doing nothing.
As the invisible rule exited among family members and friends, there could be another guidance for us to follow. I think it is the rule of relation of trustworthiness built on mutual understanding. If not, we do not believe each other any more.
