Wechat of today is all about Beijing Triathlon event, I was so regret to missing chance to be the cheer team, only stay at home waiting the information from Mobile.

As Tiger’s complain, I have to clean my refrigerator at today. For sure I should do it month by monthly or early before, it is put into the balcony near the kitchen, due to the limitation place, the double door of it cannot be open widely, so it cannot be take out the shelves inside one by one for cleaning, only using the clean cloth could not be deep clean, it is easy making fresh fruits and vegetables go bad.

After breakfast as per Tiger’s helps, He moved the heavy fridge body to be vertical that the drawers can be took out, we started to clean from the coldish part, took everything out which are including bottle, egg, sausage and milk, etc, in order to get more space to check anything expired to throw away, I am going to re-arrange the place in different sections, some of finished products has to be cleaned and packed by the plastic wrap before put it in, and easy for pick up. One hour later we have started for the frozen part, which is easy than the first one, not bad the foods are not too much like seafood, the meat, Bacon, frozen corn which are taken from my mom home. remember me that the home make apricot jams has to be settled, due to I did it at the beginning of Summer, two month ago, I could not bear to be the rubbish with my full of sweats. I am so happy and forgot the time to tidy up my headache carefully, I thought if possible it has to be written for the date, the first in and first out will be followed in near future would be great.
