There is a new movie released on December 2017 which is directed by the famous director Feng Xiao Gang “Youth” (芳华),  it is about the Chinese military, a People’s Liberation Army dance troupe from the 1966-76 cultural revolution to the 1990s, the cultural revolution remains a sensitive and painful period of Chinese history. The film also covers the period during which China and Vietnam went to war.

The film, based an art troupe affiliated to the People’s Liberation Army in southwestern China, centers on two performers, a role model who is treated unfairly, and a long discriminated dancer who unexpectedly becomes a war heroine.

After watching the film, I felt so heavy, Liu Feng is the leading actor who is very kind, he made the sofa for others, he was asked for chasing the pig during the lunch time, even the kind is no valuable and be hurt himself, at last he was assigned to the front line only due to he took a hug to a girl. The leading actress was admitted by the army because of her hard works on dancing just to leave her cold family, in fact she did not, the uniform event was laugh at her, there was her life. But after she was becoming a hero, she cannot accept the reality then she got the mental problem, when she got out the theatre was dancing herself stretchy silently under the bright moon, I was touched and tearing by the moment, she was only a girl like dancing, Liu was a Lei Feng who was favorite people.

The film has attracted large number of people in their 50s or older. The director Feng knew what’s the human nature was, all from each roles were expressed clearly. That’s why the box office has been to the top in the period. I hope you may watch the film if you haven’t seen yet, no matter which time you were born. I believe you may study from it.
