People around me knows that I was a great optimistic, unhappy things in my mind cannot live for one day, the next morning everything to be good, even I have forgotten what’s happened.

Recently my health is not so good, sometime my blood pressure is low or high. so I was told wearing the hotter which is dynamic monitor for 24 hours to check the data, whether I are going to have the medicine or not, if yes, I will start to have it every morning in daily like tiger right now. I did the order from the hospital immediately, unfortunately, the data was really high, It must be some reasons and I knew. Remember when I was in Yun Nan at the last month, because of the travel schedule I had very strong argument with Tiger, my blood pressure was going up to 170 which I have never had before.

I won’t believe that I need to eat the medicine belong to patients right now, I thought I am still young and strong enough, but in fact I am so fragile, I cannot suffering any anti-pressure from in and out, I need to improve and I should learn from Tiger, how to keep in good emotion no matter what’s happened around us, this is kind of literacy which is sort of skill.

According to doctor said I need to take the record of my blood pressure three times a day for a week, till now which was not too bad, so I may delay to have the medicine to see the further information. Hopefully everything is getting better; New year will have a great future.
