I would like to share with you the contract agreement I did at Oct 20th for our AYI who will come to my mom home. I have experienced to deal with Homemaking Company how to find an assistant to take care the baby or do housework, or look at old people in different wages. The salary is around 5000-8000 more and the commission is about one month payments only for one year service, the cost is really a lot for a normal family.
Since May of this year, three of our children would like find a helper to take care my mom in 24 hours like residence home. Because of the cost until today. Introduced by a friend Ms Wang who is fifty years old from Shang Dong province, she would like to try. I did an agreement in between in Chinese surely, and also I would like to translate in English as well to share with you here.
Part A: Mrs. Wang from Shan Dong province
Part B: Rosanna from Beijing
Introduced by a friend both of us are agree to have the agreement, Mrs. Wang comes to the home at Oct 16th and she is on board on the next day officially, The salary is 5.000 rmb for 26 working days in a month, She is entitled to have the triple payments in the public holidays. She would like to be a residence home aunt and she is responsible for my mom the accommodation including three meals a day, take the shower at least once a week and cleaning room in daily. The payment is either in cash or wechat of the options. The day of the payment will be at 15th of each month afterward. If Mrs. Wang likes to have a long term leaves or terminate the contract, please have the notice Part B one week ago. The same, if Part B wants to stop the agreement she has to inform Mrs. Wang one week in advance. Any over times can be acuminated for following days leave or convert to payment. The agreement term is provisional in one year; the extension of the contract must be agreed by both at any time.

经朋友介绍甲乙双方协商同意，甲方愿意来乙方住家照顾老人，于本月2021年10月16号下午到岗，于次日正式上班，工资薪金每月5,000元人民币，单休（每月26天工作日），同时享有国家公共假日的双薪待遇，工作内容包括照顾老人起居，洗漱，淋雨和一日三餐，并且包括家里的日常卫生，付款方式可以微信转账或付现金，付款日期为每月15号，若甲方想休假或终止合同，请与乙方提前一周商议，若乙方终止合同，同样提前一周告知对方，甲方单休日如果上班，可以累计以后倒休或转为加班费用，合同期限暂定为一年，双方协商后可以随时续约。

- My grandparents are living together and my grandpa was taking care of his wife who has Alzheimer's. But they have both been aged, so my aunt hired an Ayi like yours to do the same things you mention. I don't know the payment, but the Ayi only works for the early half of a day. Sometimes my grandma has fecal incontinence and it is afternoon, then my grandpa would say "bad luck" and help grandma shower and change clothes. I have a great grandfather. Wish your grandma health and longevity.
