Eventually I have set up my wechat subscription account yesterday: Englishpassion. Everyone is most welcome join, but I will still keep writing blogs on DIOENGLISH.
One reason for me set it up because I was encouraged by a few relatives and their friends who were quite interested in something happening overseas. The most important reason as I have discovered that I have passion for writing and hopefully one day there will be more readers because it can fulfil my potential, it’s absolutely not for making money or to be famous, I suppose if for that purpose, writing will make me nervous and has no fun. A lot of people become popular in the end, because they found their talents by doing things they enjoy no matter got paid or not, that’s the happy accidents for being successful.
Why writing is perfectly fits me? There are several reasons:
1. I am fascinated about conquer obstacles in order to reach my goal. As I’ve noticed there are heaps of writers with more than 100,000+ fans for their writing, for me, I am just a beginner, only have 17 fans,183 views , thanks goodness because one of my relatives helped me for forwarding the first post. But I am not worry about that; as there’s always hope if my readers can be gradually increased day by day. I don’t jealous or compared with those writers who has already reached the top of the mountain, that’s no joy for me, just like now I have already got PR, so that’s the end of the journey. I am on the new path, which is full of excitement.
2. I am interested in collecting things. I can’t afford to collect antiques. But I love collecting something intangible which makes me perfectly happy, eg, quotes, beautiful inspiring sentences, interesting topics, pop songs, jazz music, photos etc. If I only input these things without outputting, that will make me feel stagnant. Therefore, writing is an effective way for complete that process. On my Wechat subscription account: I like add one song for one article, and also related photos which bring me the wonderful memory for what happened to my life.
3. I love sharing concepts and ideas to mind-like people. I am a person who is easily accept new ideas, and I enjoy writing these new concepts by adding some supported interesting stories, which makes me busy and full, it’s never been a waste of time, no matter the time I talk to someone, or read books, or join activities, or watch a TV show, I can always get inspired for forming a new concept, which is an amazing part for writing.
4. I am keen to learn new things. I have never stopped studying until finished degree in the Uni. Suddenly; I found my life was soo bored and empty, which made me feel like a retired person, even in Australia I was living in an admirable life. I didn’t know why. Until I discovered my interests: writing. Then I started reading books. It’s like fish in the water, I am becoming so active, energetic, and I feel soo happy whenever I read these inspiring sentences from the notes on the train, waiting in the queue, even walking on the street. I would like memorize those beautiful sentences, feels like I am back to the uni again. Without learning, my mind will stuck, so it pushes me keep reading and its rewarding.
5. Positive attitude I am a person like see the water half full, that’s the most things I enjoy: reading motivational articles, quotes or talking with someone full of positive energy. Therefore, I would love show those positive things to the readers who has the same interests, and get inspired, encouraged, excited by reading my articles.
6. I am a stronger believer for hard work and persistence: I always believe that if I try really hard for doing what I love, keep going, bring benefits to the readers and good value to the society, then one day my dream will come true—I will have so many readers can be inspired from reading my useful articles.
I am not a professional writer, as I am doing a job 8 hours a day for pay my bills, the rest of time, I can pursue my hobby, fulfil my potential, I feel my life is so full, I have never felt so good ever since.
In a word, I love writing as I am a positive person who like collecting things for sharing with mind-like people, I will be more than happy if my ideas be accepted by readers who can also get inspired, feel useful by my articles. I strongly believe if I try hard for doing what I love which brings good value to the society, it will make me feel like in the heaven, and I am not afraid of fail, as I enjoy conquer difficulties.
Everyone, if you wanna have a fulfilled life, spend time discover what you really love and take action by using your strengths, one day you can make your heart feel like singing.

- You are full of zest and positive energy. Nothing can stop you from achieving your goal. I was just as hot blooded as you were years ago when I ventured out to discover my dreams and destiny. My dreams came true and so will yours.
The best way to enrich oneself is to read and write. I cannot read Chinese so my sources of information is limited and I have to rely on what friends write here. I have learnt so much from friends here who have written meaningful blogs in good English. In return, a lot of them have improved their written English ability and competency. This gives me a lot of satisfaction. When you came in here, you added a lot of color and attractiveness to this site through your blogs. Your English writing have already detached from the Chinese style of English writing and you sound more like an Australian. You are also eager to help others who are learning in the same way as I do.
I have always heard that there are lots of worthwhile reading material at Wechat, but due to language constraints, I have given up reading there. Your account there would likely to be popular as you can write quite well and have interesting material.
I also have interest in collecting and I have large and precious archive of family photos inherited from my parents. I never get tired from viewing those sepia brownish black and white photos showing me as a cutie little boy and my lovely brothers, sisters and friends. There was one photo which captured me lost and crying at a funfair. Lots of people tried to help locate my parents and I was soon found thanks to my unique outlook among the crowd. A photo tells a thousand stories and it is so true. Oh, that's a nice picture of you... and those attractive high heels.
As for sharing and exchanging ideas, a lot of friends here can write quite well and it is fun communicating with them. It is entirely different from chatting with others on the social media like QQ.
Yes, indeed if you want a fulfilled life, spend time discovering what you really love and get involved. So nice of you to share your thoughts with us and I am sure a lot of friends here love to read whatever you write. Keep going forward, dear.

- Sorry, what do you mean your dream came true? Is that for you running a successful international trading business or you found a spot like DIOenlgish, while you making comments for others, you help them, where you get satisfaction and fulfilled your life. the later one is pretty unique, as there’s nobody has never done that before, that belongs to you as you have special talent for helping people.

I do appreciate you have been reading and making comments for all my blogs. You make me brave enough to start my own Wechat Subscription no. as from your motivational kind words, I have gained much more confidence, and that is the main reason I still wanna stay in DIO as I enjoy your comments.

Not sure if you use wechat or not as some of my Aussie friends are using it, there’s option for English setting. You also can set up your own Wechat subscription no. , anything you can write there, it’s a really new invention, which has completely changed our way of life.
In old days, people post their articles on the blogs, or submit to the magazines, now it’s not necessarily, as long as a writer has his or her own readers , if it reaches certain amount, then any magazine will find the authors. It’s just like a ID now if you has your own subscription number, and you can find mind-like people. And that’s one of the reasons, blogs are getting less people involved.
Of course, a lot of people make money from it if they have enough fans, anyway, it’s your option, no matter you do it just for fun or for business purpose. Time has changed, it’s a new revolution. You can create your own account if you want, eg, teaching people how to learn English. Anyway, as long as your life is full at the moment, then no worry about that. It satisfies all the interests, eg, you can teach people how to cook there, or how to lose weight, or how to take photos, anything you can do on it as long as it is legal.

- When I said my dream came true, I meant I had a dream to own my own trading business and that dream came true. As for Dioenglish, I have a great time leisurely communicating with friends who wish to improve their life and English. Quite a lot of people see English as difficult to master so I am here to show them it is not that hard. A lot of friends here find it difficult to write a blog and some were surprised that I responded to them. Some were even too scared to communicate with a foreign guy. I also try to encourage people to venture out on their own and seek the life they desire and they can study my experience as I have met untold difficulties, obstacles and hardships before arriving at the shores of content land.

You are certainly qualified to have your own Wechat subscription account and you also possess a history of hardship before arriving at your desired and chosen lifestyle. In addition, you have sufficient knowledge in English to write whatever you desire. It is a pity that I could not read them. Anyway, my time is a bit limited as I am running an active trading company and I can only afford the time to write here at Dioenglish.
I certainly don't mind when you share my writings on wechat and by re-posting my comments about US Green Cards. That serves as a warning to all those seeking this so called ''much sought after Green Card''. It became the biggest regret of my life and there is no way than I can get out of it. I am destined to lose my life savings to a country USA where I never even resided in. The US have designed the rules to entrap innocent people particularly those who have financial resources. Once you get in, you can't come out again. The tactics used by US are worse than those of the fascist regimes. I am now trapped in the US tax system which is tantamount to a lifetime serfdom and enslavement. I feel so sorry for those who are now jumping into this hell of fire. There is no way they can get back out unless they do within a short time or before they have any savings. To hell with America for fleecing innocent people like that. Sorry for those harsh words.
As for your writing here and at wechat, it may take some of your time and energy, but it is certainly worthwhile. Not everyone has the capability to write English at ease, but you have it, so why waste it? When we cease to contribute, we begin to wane. Only those who learned the power of sincere and selfless contribution is entitled to true fulfillment.

The idea of your writing resembles much of my thoughts. I do have that kind of feeling by writing something.
You just keep doing that, someday you will receive unexpected harvest of your endeavoring. Write something out of impulsion is not hard, but it is hard to constantly write. Which needs lots of energy and time, meanwhile the great passion to push you moving forward.
Writing on WeChat is a good way to communicate more readers and surely it is a happy thing to share with stories with others.
Writing is a high quality for social communication, which is the sentence wrote by a Wechat writer, extremely inspired me very much. Since words are entitled life to live forever as long as we read them.

I have experienced the exactly the same situation as you did. I was not happy at all and felt depressed. But it depends on your mind setup, and doing things you love by ignoring the things you hate. Then you will have a fulfilled life one day.
Stay with positive people is a very important thing to cheer you up.

That’s funny, someone was too scared to talk with you, probably that was me, I was too shy even talk to Chinese, now, I can communicate very well with anyone worldwide .
Hey, I have just thought about an idea on my wechat subscription no. for offering 1 hour free time/week, so that people can text me if they have any problems, I am glad to help them out, at the same time, hopefully, I can build up a bigger English community.
I do feel I am becoming active and energetic since I started writing blogs as I can use talents to realize my potential , sure , you have play a very important role for me keep writing English. Thanks again.

Sure thing, with writing, we can meet amazing mind-like people, at the same time, we encourage each other with positive energy to full our potential and reach a higher level.
Why not try open up a we chat subscription no.by yourself, you can write Chinese there, and English here as you said you write both languages. I only write English, as I haven’t been in China for so long. And I am fascinated about English reading, so I just write English, I know it is not an easy way, but we just enjoy the process, which brings us a lot of happy accidents.
So now we have to change our idea , instead of submit articles to magazines, it’s better have our own account by accumulating readers, one day , something unexpected might happen.
Just editing on wechat takes time, you have to correct your writing from time to time, just for making it better with less error and insert music, or photos. It’s quite challenging though.
Hope you can step out and start a new chapter for your writing.
