Today,i do wy best to finish my work,but it take a lot of time to do it.sometimes i think myself,the more time i pay ,and the less time for another.i remember my teacher once said:”Your time is out of step and efficiency. ”therefore,i often spend wy energy on wy health to change my memory,i appreciate the feel of running,i make a plan to run 5kilometers every week,i like the stimulate of running.i don’t do the sports for a long time . I ran this afternoon,and i find it is very tired for my health,but it make me realize my health ,so i have to make a plan and do it for my health .

Tonight,i make z plan to do my work,but i don’t gain the progress,and i think my work have over my ability,it tell me i have to adjust my plan and i must conclude it.although i do my work alone,now i study a lot of things,it make me become difference,i do myself and trust me i can overcome some difficult to reach my dream.the friends,if you are confused,please do somethings for yourself,you will find one day you will be true in the future.
