Today，my mood is bad ,i know because i meet the things which make me sad. I feel my life is not changing,i like a frog in the pit under the shaft,and see a piece of world,but not my heart.as a going says:”the biggest enemy  is yourself ,not others.”now,i want to chang it ,when people feel their mood is depressed,they ofen go shopping,see a movie,or eat a lot of food to motivate it,although under the views, i am not give up myself,the change of life is very frequent,i have to accept it.i remember s movie’Forrest Gump’,the leading character is not changing the world,but changing heself successfully.

I have to do something to acquire a satisfy ,and affect myself,as the chinese going says:”a longdistance need single-step to as basis.”
