Nowaday .the large number of people are not interested in sports .And that make their body become less than before . you say they dont like their body .in fact ,a lot  things take advantage of their time .for example ,they are busy doing their work ,and making money to survive ,which make them have less time to sports . Therefore we should take more time to do sport for our health.

As you know we have some ideas of doing our sports for ourselves and we are not absence of our work . Maybe you once heard a sport that is called The prisoner's fitness . yes it is a sport that you can do motion in your house , for another , choose it you can save some time to the gym . Beside , you can do the movement anywhere when you have a free time for your tired body that is absorbing some negative energy ,such as pushing your hand and throwing your open fingers .

I believe one day you would see your body make a big influence in your job if you have done that I give your suggests . everyone want to have a good body ,but as a going to say :there is a good mood , there is a good body . so please look after your body and make it healthy.

The work is the main reason that occupies much of our time. When most of us go back hom after work, it is late. But now I see someones who gradually realize the importance of doing physical exercises to improve their health, including me.

If the weather is premitted, I go for running. If it is rainy or snowing and some other extreme weather, I do it indoors. Anyplace and anytime we can make use to do that. Simply do push up, sit up and so forth, those exercisese will not take much room.

Through the exercises, now I am becoming more vibrant with strength. Wish you a good health by doing that too.

The main reason why people who fail to do physical exercise is due to long hours of work and little free time to do exercise. Humans are supposed to used the energy in their body and replace them with fresh energy. Regular proper exercise makes a person look refreshed, shiny and healthy.

In the USA, people hardly move these days. They are reluctant to take even a few steps. Their cars are inside their home garage and they hop into the car and drive to places they want to go. There are lots of ''drive-ins'' which means you don't even need to get out of your car. They have drive in Mcdonalds/KFC, Drive in Banks/ATM, Supermarkets etc. Gardening and farming is automated and mechanized. Their hard move much in a day. No wonder they are all so fat and overweight. They have all sorts of weight related diseases like Diabetes and Heart problems. That is not the kind of lifestyle designed by nature for humans.

Live healthy. Live happy.
