- In the past year , I have spent most free time reading novels ,lying in bed . And I haven't done any exercise for a long time . In one word, I have lost control of myself . As a result , I have become much fatter than before . Now , I want to manage my life in a new way . I want to have a more meaningful life . Yes , I agree with you . I can't fail myself .
