Yeaterday, Sue told me the international divison need recruit much more mathematic teachers, so I know it is an opportunity for me to work at international division. English is my disadvantage, I must be try my best to improve it, and it is possible to achieve my goal. What should i do? I don't know. Which section I exersice firstly? listening? writing? reading?speaking?

- English as an international language does give us the chance to expand our horizon. You are fortunate to work in that department. And English is surely important when you work there.
As a language that we have to learn how to speak, write, listen and read, all of them is an entire body for us to study. Everyday, spend some time studying. You can improve it.
Meanwhile I think your colleagues more or less use English, so you can seize every chance to communicate to them. From answering an email to small talk with colleagues that you can make full use of those opportunities around you.
In about half year, you find English level improved a lot, and I can be sure that your English level will be at another new phase in one year. Since I have friends who work for foreign bosses. They did not major English at school, but later they just use English freely in work.
Come on.
