i'm so tired,i need rest

i have been worked in a jappaness company in hangzhou for 3 years.With the quitting of emplyees, we who stay become much busier.I have to do roughly 40 to 50 hours of overtime a month.I stay in office untill 10 p.m. last sunday.I can't stand the heavy work,i am so tired that i want have a change of work.Now,i should have a rest first,think about my future then.

- Since the emplyees quitted,there comes a lot of work to do,your boss should recruit some now people to lighten your burden.if you can get a better position outside your company,you can persue your way. if not ,keep a good conversation with your boss and let him know what you have done,it 's good for you when this period passed.
