This is the first week I get to class to attend the college in the second year.In fact,I am so scared to face the new term.My parents want me to have a wonderful future and always give me much pressure.I am worn out and do not want to call them. They work in government and have higher social status. So they think I will be the better female in the society.Last year,I got a part-time job and made some money.But I can not tell them because I wrote the novel but they do not allow If they knew that,they must be angry and fight with me.So what should I do?If I can keep writing my favorite novel?

- What is the wrong of writing a novel? I do not see any problems on it. You need to relax a little and do not worry too much, just enjoy your college life.

As a older sister, I want to say something to you. I absolutely support you to go on writing your novel, because that's your hobby. Maybe, now you still don't know the importance of a hobby, then let me explain. In the future, if you get a satisfied job related to your hobby, you would make more than 100% efforts to it, then you may earn lots of money and also live happily even if you are tired. If you don't get your desired job, you can still live on that job, because it would offer you a basic salary, meanwhile, you could continue your hobby of writing novels in your spare time to relax and save yourself from somewhat boring job. I mean, you can still have a goal to persue or a favorite career to persist even if you are doing a tedious job. So, you couldn't quit your hobby that easily.
On the other hand, you are a sophomore now, so you have to learn all the required courses with your heart. Of course, I know the classes being taught in college are mostly exam-oriented and boring, but you have to learn them well even though you don't like them. Because only if you have good performance in college, you are more competitive and superior when you search for a job after graduation. Therefore, I think you should put more emphasis on your study now, and then enjoy your hobby when you are free or you feel boring. Besides, if you do very well in your study, your parents would definitely be happy and satisfied, then at the time of graduation, you would have more confidence to persuade them to agree that you could take a job related to your hobby.

- Yes,you are right. Nothing can stop to be myself. The hobby I will keep on writing , and try my best to solve the question.

Life is very long, I can do a good job in the current thing to improve themselves.
