The Way to Keep Healthy

  It is important for us to be healthy in our life. We can't study or work well with a healthy body. 

  There is no doubt that there are many ways to keep healthy. First of all, we should keep taking exercises every day. For example, we can jog for half hour after we get up. What is more, every afternoon, we can spend an hour in gymnasium. In addition, we can walk instead of taking a bus when we go to work or school. Secondly, we should have a balanced diet. We should eat more fruit and vegetables, of course, we should also eat some meat to replenish energy and protein, only in this way can we have the energy to study and work. Finally, we must remember: early to bed, early to rise is the way to keep healthy, wealthy and wise. 

  In a word, the body is the capital of the revolution, health is the wealth of life. Therefore, everyone should take care of yourself.
