Last week, Hilary Clinton made a speech after the American election. Although she did not win this election, she still believes this competition which means fighting for what is right is worth it. She said this consequential election is not only for personal beliefs, but also for the whole country. She has not shattered the highest and hardest glass ceiling, which means woman becomes president.Nevertheless, she still believes that someone will achieve this goal some day.
I feel touched by her courage and determination. In the process of pursuing careers, people will have successes as well as setbacks. But do not grow weary when facing the failures which are sometimes really painful. What we need to do is to accept the result and look to the future with confidence and courage. There are families and sincere friends who support you on your way to success. How fortunate we are! We should be grateful to them and also appreciate our country that provides opportunities and condition for us.
