There has some days ,I felt boring because my life is so ordinary,lack of challenge and amazing things.  every day I follow up this rule: sleep ---> eat --> work ---> eat ---->do exercise ---> sleep .I like read books in weekend,last week I read a famous novel 《FREEDOOM》writter Jonathan Franzen . this is about freedoom story and main describe a girl was born in a  middel class family, she has brother and sisters , her parents didnot pay attention to her life( study /major ...),  she fully free to select her interesting things . her parents  always told her that we are love you , we hope you are happy when you make your choice. in fact , as a young girl ,she expect her parent can help her and give some good idear to her when she met trobules , anyway ,she felt disappoint becaseu her parent could not as a good indicating light, until she was married and has children, she spent a lot of loves to her children , but in fact , when her son and daught grew up ,as  teengares who didnot like her mother to pay attention to them , they need free , FREEDOOM ,different generation  had differernt experience. too much hugs ,it not reall good things .all these complex things bored her ,so much as her felt not happy ........

I think the best things in life are free, like hugs ,smiles, friends ,famaliy,loves,and good memories .
