It feels so great to receive the registration code from DioEnglish. Actually today is Saturday, I just felt it might come by Monday the earliest. It seems this is a good place to write something english. And today it is the 136th days since I began my own business. There are two orders pending these days. One is for Thailand customer, and shipment just made yesterday. Another one is Brazil, who delayed the payment and caused me the headache. At the beginning, the person in charge asked to make the production asap, and mentioned actively to make the payment transfer. Since China New Year holidays is coming, timeline is becoming tight. And considering the customer actively mentioned to pay. So I placed the order to factory to process at the first time. Due to the time difference, I expected to have the payment news within two to three days. But the fact is that, when I asked about the payment status, the customer asked why our provided account name differs from our company title. I explained to her, and thought it should be fine because no more question after that. Some more days went by, but there was still no news. I wrote email to push the person, no news. I thought the person might be too busy to ignore the email. So I wrote the other one, no news eitherl. By this, almost two weeks passed. Probably the person found the other supplier? I started to worry about the goods being under process in the factory. What if the customer turns to other supplier? That would be really the problem. I just started my own business for some months, actually there was just not much income. If this order is to be lost, I have to pay the factory the whole lot of goods. OMG, then I might have been doing all the stuff in vain. After that, I tried to make the telephone call and emailed to their soucing staff, who made the first contact with my company. Finally there was response, first one saids they were still waiting the bank for reply. But by when? Then the other response came, saying the bank would confirm by the other day. I kept chasing for the result. Eventually the person replied the payment was transfered and presented the bank slip... Now there was one week left before China New Year holidays. And if the payment really comes these days, there should be the chance the deliver the shipment. I think I should pay special attention to this customer if there is the repeated order coming in future.
