Should We Embrace the Indoorsy Lifestyle

In recent years, with the rapid development of computer science and network technology, indoorsy is a new lifestyle in the Internet age. One side believes that this is the normal impact of the new era and should not be criticized. The other side thinks that this lifestyle has adverse effects on people's physical and mental health.
In my viewpoint, I think the modern Internet technology is a double-edged sword. Here are the reasons. To begin with, if we can use the Internet rationally, our life will be much more convenient and our living standards will also improve.However, if we are addicted to the Internet world, this indoorsy lifestyle will not only affect our physical health, but also make us become less good at communicating with people and feel lonely in our hearts.
All in all, each coin has two sides. While we enjoy the convenience of the Internet, we can not be controlled by the Internet and make our way of life change. Therefore, we should use the network appropriately and reasonably.

- When it comes to indoorsy lifestyle, first I think of Japan, a country that indoorsy lifestyle prevails in. I don't know how you define "indoorsy". In my mind, it means people embracing this kind of lifestyle rarely go out and play computer games or other electronic equipment round the clock.
