A Quiet Way of Sporting

As society develops, people are attaching increasing importance to health and exercise. Of course, an increasing citizens start doing various sports when they have no business on weekends or holidays. Quite a few people like doing high intensity sports such as running, fitness, playing basketball. Others prefer regular exercise which is not fairly moderate such as dancing, tai chi, yoga. Personally, I would like to go for the second kind. Therefore, I went to practise yoga this weekend.

Yoga, as a very popular sport, has its unique connotation and charm. Most yoga enthusiasts are fascinated with it, not only because of its function of shaping effect, but also because it can relieve stress. I guess that's why so many stars like yoga. After all, there is never a sport that combines these two functions perfectly. With the exception of these, another reason that attracts so many persons to practise yoga is its diversity. Yoga includes so many types and different people fit different yoga types. More often than not, the nine most common types of yoga are Hatha yoga, Flow yoga, Iyengar yoga, Yin yoga, Astanga yoga, Hot yoga, Pilates, Double yoga and the yoga for pregnant woman.

This morning what we practice is Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is also known as traditional yoga. In Hatha, the word "ha" means the sun, the "he" means the moon. It represents men and women, day and night, Yin and Yang and anything that is complementary to each other. Hatha yoga teaches us how to control our bodies and breathing. Moreover, it can make the body functions in order so that our mind is peaceful. What's more it is one of the most suitable for beginners--just like me.

Although yoga is a quiet way of sporting, it requires plenty of things such as strength, patience, balance force and control force. The key to practice well is insistence. Actually, no matter what kind of sports, we all need to keep doing so that we can really have a strong body.

Yoga require its partipants' patience and courage, which in my mind is of great importance to everyone. Wish you become better.

Yes, the key to practice well is insistence. Keeping doing the sport you want is the best way to lose weight and lick into shape. I believe you can achieve your goals.

I know yoga is a sport good for our body but it also needs us to finish many contorted movements. Exactly, it contexts flexibility and it's quite difficulty for me and I appreciate you very much because you could do it well.

After I run slowly, I always practice the yoga. It really can make me feel comfortable and easy. But, doing the yoga needs the patience, or, we cannot achive the desired effect.

Well,in terms of moderate exercises,I prefer high intensity sports,such as running,fitness and squat thrust. But we got one thing in common that everything will bow in front of persistence.

Well, I think I'm thin enough.   However, if you want to lose weight, you can try this kind of sport. As it is a quiet way of sporting, you will feel tired after you practise it. Then you can become thinner soon.

Well, I'm glad to hear that. Yoga can not noly make us healthier, but also make you more temperamental. Maybe next time, we can practise toghther.
