Campus Culture Festival

The Campus Culture Festival is one of the most interesting activities in our university each year and the cooking competition is what I look forward to most. Last week, the activity was held again and I really had fun.
Nevertheless, what is different this time is its innovation of form on the basis of last year's. For the most part, cooking competition is among all the student canteens. Yet this time, it was a contest between the chefs and the students. All chefs and students who have signed up for the competition made one dish or two and took them to the scene. Then passers-by tasted all the dishes and voted for their favourite one.
I also took part in this competition and decided to make Cola Chicken Wings. At first, we told the sponsor what we needed and they provided the ingredients and some flavour to us. Then we started cooking our dishes. After all dishes were finished, we took our dishes to the designated place and put them in order. When it's time, all passers-by came in front of our desks and tasted the dishes. To my surprise, everyone liked my dish and it was finished so soon.

- Yes, it was indeed an interesting activity which I had great fun, too. I also took part in the compitition. My cuision is called Torn chickens breasts with cold hands, which is regared as my special dishs,especially for some people who likes doing fitness, because proteins high protein and low fat are a in this dish.

- I feel students judges are most satisfied, because they enjoyed a variety of feast. Maybe we will eat them in one day.

From this thing, another lesson I learnt is that it's difficult to transtale one dish.

- Yeah, we had so many dishes that day. thoses dishes are from defferent places all over the country, various flavours and diverse cooking methods. Judges must enjoy them.
