First and foremost, I have a confession to make. That is I usually have sleepless nights in the past. And now it is still a problem to me. Maybe someone of you feels also disturbed with it.
I believe that you know what it is and how pain when you can't sleep in the night. And what is reasons to cause sleeplessness.
Here are some reasons from psychologists.
First it is that people always feel afraid of insomnia in their mind. That is to say many patients are worried about sleeplessness then they usually force them to sleep when lie in bed. However, it doesn't work. Second, people are too excited about what they will do the next day. We don't have to worry too much about this situation because it is temporary. Third, it is possible that quite a few diseases cause it. If so, people have to see a doctor. Of courses, there is another factor.
Afterward, what should we do about insomnia. As for me, it is a good way to have a foot soak before you go to bed. The best time is from 9 p.m to 10 p.m. Next suggestion is that you should refuse to drink tea or coffee at night. That will put your mind in a sate of sanity.
It is really a pain with insomnia. I don't know if you have some better ways to sleep. Provided that you have, I am looking forward to your sharing with me.

What a coincidence! I have just talked about the insomnia problem with my friends, and he suggested me that I could take yoga to help this problem. You can have a try!

You can try to have physical training every other day. Don't drink and eat too much before you sleep. But a glass of milk is helpful. Besides, you can put down your telephone and listen to soothing music.

Last year I was troubled by the same thing like you . But now I can sleep when I up to the bed. I think that maybe you can do some exercises before you go to bed and if you do that you will have a wonderful sleeping

Yes,you are right I should take some exercises before I go to bed .I think I fight with insomnia all the time.And I believe I will be the winner.Thank you.

When I can't fall asleep quickly in the bed ,the more I feel anxious, the more I can't sleep. I always will choose to listen some relax music and I suggest you does so.  If this way doesn't work, you can get up to study or read book.

OK,thanks for your sincere advice. Having so many good ideas. I believe I can take away from insomnia quickly.

I had insomnia the third year of my high school,high burden made me cann't fall asleep at night and then in cycle this made me feel nervous because of the next day's tense study.
I close my eyes counting to 100 in my heart but my brain is so sober,the nights impressed me.
Now,I'm seldom insomnia and can fall asleep in minutes,I think exercise more in daytime could help you,such as running half an hour or other sports as you like,when your body is tired,maybe it's beneficial for you.

Thanks for your sincere suggestion. Time past by, I can fall asleep in minutes quickly now. I guess I was too stressful to fall asleep before. Fortunately everything goes well. Thanks so much!
