There are three major factors that course the teenagers to commit criminal acts. As far as I'm concerned, family is the most important factor for teenagers to commit crimes. First, parents are the best teachers for children. Good family environment and parental education play an important role in the development of teenagers. Some bad behaviors of parents are detrimental to teenagers, and eventually they will do some illegal things. School is one of the main places for teenagers to grow up. Some teenagers don't have good grades, therefore they can not get the attention of teachers and parents, and subsequently produce a sense of imbalance in their hearts. Finally, they will do some bad things. Last but not least, the development of society is also a main factor that affects teenagers. The phenomena have corrupted the ethos of society, which takes great negative influence on teenagers. It is bad for physical and mental health of teenagers. They will also commit crimes.

In a word, juvenile delinquency is a social problem, which needs us to try our best to solve this problem. Families, schools and society should cooperate to establish a good environment where the good development of teenagers.
