In recent years, the social economy has developed rapidly. People's living standards have been improved. Nevertheless, the aging problem is becoming more and more serious in our country. Meanwhile, the number of empty nesters is also increasing, which has become a hot issue. Therefore, everyone should pay more attention to this problem.
There are many reasons for the phenomenon of empty nesters. There is no doubt that the development of society and economy is the most important reason. In present-day society, the competition between people is becoming more and more fierce. Youth have to work hard outside so that they can't visit their parents frequently. Many parents don't want to influence their children's work and life, and consequently they choose to live alone.
As far as I'm concerned, parents understand their children and don't require them so much. They just want to talk with their children to share something about themselves. Children should spend more time with their parents. What's more, the government should increase investment in helping empty nest elderly. The government should also establish social service system for empty nesters.
In a word, it's extremely important for everyone to help empty nesters, which needs extensive participation in society and children's love and filial piety. As students of college, we can visit empty nesters who live in the nursing homes.

- The Empty Nester is derived from the Policy, only child, governments boasted that they would provide for the aged. Nevertheless, people have become much more indifferent than before and government also neglected this issue. From my perspective, government should take over more duties on account of the initial reason. However, when we recognize this problem, we should make our attempts to company those empty nesters in resthome.
