Everyone has their own experiences, difficult or unforgettable. No matter what kind of experience they have, it is the precious wealth in life. In my memory, there is also an unforgettable experience.

  Two weeks ago, I was suddenly aware of my flabby stomach and fat legs which reminded me of losing weight. Accidentally, I found a good opportunity to keep my body in shape, that was the gym near my college was on sale. Subsequently, I came to the gym with excitement and began a fitness program. At the beginning, I was curious about fitness equipment in the gym. Running on a treadmill, riding a bike, doing yoga, everything in the gym was so interesting. Nevertheless, as time went by, I felt extremely exhausted and wanted to give up. I looked around the gym, only to find even all individuals were insisting on exercise. Finally, a thought struck me: perseverance is victory.

  The lesson I learn from this experience is that I should possess the perseverance, whether in the gym or in our life.
