How to nourish stomach

   Recently, I have got stomachache, which was terrible. As a patient, who has suffered a lot just because of stomach trouble, I know how sick it is. To me, it's a chronic problem, which really always makes me crazy. So today, as an experienced stomachache patient, I'll give you some major methods of nourishing the stomach.

   The so-called stomach trouble is actually many diseases collectively. The common clinical stomach trouble has acute gastritis, chronic gastritis, duodenal ulcer, etc. The symptoms of stomach trouble can be light or very heavy, the most common are abdominal discomfort or pain, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite. It is a multi cause disease, such as genetics, environment, diet, drug and smoking can cause stomach problem.

   Here are some suggestions. You have to attach importance to your daily diet. Just remember: having a veggie-rich diet and eating better breakfast do a good job about improving immunity. And besides this, try to adjust your rest time and always keep you warm. If you let yourself always cold, your immunity will lower as a result of getting sick. Before going to bed, you can also pay attention to your toes and feet. Grisp toes and then fetch them, with your fingers massaging them. At last, the most important thing you have to remember is that keep happy mood and a balance between work and rest.

I'm sorry to hear that you have a stomachache. I think eat on time is an important thing to avoid stomachache though I seldom eat breakfast in the morning. Maybe I will break this bad habit in the future.

To be honest, I have a little stomach problems before. And sometimes, I feel hundreds of needles just passing through my stomach. However, I keep a healthy diet about one year, it gonna better than before. By the way, I believe suggestions you mentioned are useful and efficient. Thanks for sharing!

I konw your feelings because I had stomachache when in high school. Breakfast is important to you, and you should make sure what you eat is clear and beneficial for you stomache. Less spicy, less oily or something....

You can't refuse your breakfast because breakfast is the most important part among three meals. If you continue to do it, your health may be affected.

I have serious stomachache during the college,the main reason is the poor food supply of the middle and high school and the huge burden of study and exams and serious lack of sleep,it cause serious stomachache during the college.
I often feel indigestible and sour even though I keep not eating ice or spicy food.
recent years,I almost cooked by myself and kept eating soft food and never add too much seasoning,the symptoms get much more better than before.

Yes, I once saw my one of my friends suffered the stomach trouble. It was very terrible. This stomachache can't cure completely, so we must pay attention to our daily diet like what you say. It's really helpful for everyone to protect our stomachache.
