Last week, the drizzle is raining and the temperature was comfortable, so I set out on the subway to visit the Zhanyuan Garden. Located at the core of the Fuzi Temple in Qinhuai District, Nanjing City, Zhanyuan Garden is the oldest classical garden in the Ming Dynasty in Nanjing and one of the four famous gardens in the south of the Yangtze River. In the Ming Dynasty, Zhanyuan Garden was called "the first Garden of Nandu ". It was not until I visited the place that I found it really worthy of the reputation.

Firstly, I went around the garden and viewed the sight of magnificent ancient buildings, steep rockeries, the famous stone of Taihu Lake in the Northern Song Dynasty, and the elegant pavilions. Then I visited the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Museum, which is the most valuable cultural heritage unit in China and the only Museum of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom. I have learned a lot about the knowledge that has not been recorded in history textbook and I also have come to see the history in a new light. Before leaving, I sat in the pavilion blowing the wind and feeling the charm of culture and history. If you have time, you might as well pick a day to visit, it won't be bound to disappoint you.
