Last Thursday, I experienced an interview about part-time job. The organization that I want to enter is an English educational institution. It needs some teaching assistants. So I came to apply. During the interview process, the teacher asked me some questions about education. I answered fluently. Then the teacher let me introduce myself in English. When I completed my English introduction, I felt that was very good. However, the teacher helped me find many mistakes in pronunciation. I first realized how poor my English was.
After backing to the dormitory, I was lost in thought. Now I am a sophomore student in the university. I found that I learned nothing over the past year. I spent much time on something that is valueless. I wasted too much time. There is no improvement in my English grade. I am not satisfied with my life.
It's time to make some changes. Don't spend much time on mobile phone. Don't stay up late. Don't always feel sorry for yourself. This is my request to myself. I hope I can do it.

In my point,to some degree,it's count that you dare to speak out confidently rather than speak perfectly.At job interview,If you dare,show your thoughts and passion is more important than just speak fluently.
maybe the interviewer is very professional so he is very strict or the job needs strong skill.
don't be so depressed,fulfill your thoughts and broadband your view.
